What Fapro does
What we do, and what we never do.
Your SII credentials are only used to read. These are the rules.
What we do
- Read your issued and received invoices, and their assignments
- Check your information in official sources, such as the SII and the Chilean Treasury (TGR)
- Download official documents, such as the tax folder or the e-RUT
- Show that information only to whoever you authorized
What we never do
- Issue, cancel or change invoices
- Assign your invoices or sign on your behalf
- Make payments or file taxes
- See your credentials: they are stored encrypted
- Share your information with anyone you did not authorize

By email
Email ayuda@fapro.app or seguridad@fapro.app and we cut off access for whoever you tell us.
By changing your SII password
If you change your password, access is cut off automatically.
Beware of fraud
Fapro will never ask you for transfers, payments or your credentials by message.
- We will never ask for your credentials by email, phone or WhatsApp. You only enter them on the enrollment page.
- Our emails only come from @fapro.app.
- The enrollment page is on fapro.app, even when it carries your factoring company’s brand.
- If you are unsure about a message, forward it to seguridad@fapro.app before you reply.
Why is my factoring company asking me to connect to Fapro?
To review your information directly in official sources, without asking you for paperwork or spreadsheets. That way your request moves faster.
Will Fapro lend me money or charge me anything?
No. Fapro is not a financial institution and does not provide financing. Connecting is free for your company.
What is the mandate I sign?
It is the authorization for Fapro to read your information and share it only with whoever you chose. You can revoke it whenever you want.
Do other factoring companies or funds see my information?
No. Only whoever you authorized can see it. If your factoring company sends your invoices to a fund, the fund sees the deal, and what is shared about your company is defined by the agreement between the factoring company and the fund.
What happens if I change my SII password?
Access is cut off. If you want to stay connected, enter the new password again on the enrollment page.
